Sec-Tec are polite, courteous, yet persistent; they have driven up security levels at the Council dramatically, enabling us to initially reach GCSx compliance and more recently maintain compliance with PSN standards, BACS Bureau status and PCI standards. The reports they generate as a result of both internal and external testing are comprehensive and challenging, yet invaluable aids for technical staff rectifying outstanding issues.
